A Typical Morning
Each morning starts with half an hour of stimulating outdoor play on our park-like grounds.
Then, we move inside where we are greeted by the delicious aroma of grains cooking or fresh bread baking. After removing our outerwear and washing our hands, we sit at the table together for a nourishing snack and quiet conversation.
When snack time is done, the children explore the room and the many beautiful toys and play equipment.
This leaves the adults free to chat, work on a craft and interact with the children.The end of playtime is signaled by a cooperative tidying of the room.
Then we gather around the story table to watch a beautiful story unfold through puppets and items found in nature.
Finally, we join hands in a circle for some singing, age-appropriate rhymes and finger play. After this, we say goodbye until next week.
